Ether Logs — An Expression of Simplicity

When you think of the word “simple” what is the first thing that come to mind? A white square? A glass of water? Maybe just a dot in the universe. That instant relation is what EtherLog was created from. My name is Gatsu and I created EtherLogs, an expression of simplicity that I feel has been forgotten in NFT art.

Simple Art is seen as “low effort art” when in reality it is an attempt at taking away the question of “what is” and enhancing the statement of “this is”. When you see a circle, you see just that. A circle. Sometimes, a single circle can be the reason of understanding. Explanation is short or even absent in its entirety. You can look at the circle and see that it is just that, a circle.

When you look at EtherLogs you are consumed by the question of “is this really just a log?” They are more than just Logs. EtherLogs are Logs on the Ethereum Blockchain. Is that “just” a log to you? 500 years in the future, these logs will still have a home on the blockchain. Is there a burning feature? No. Do the logs grow? No. Will you receive any benefits from having an EtherLog? Yes.

A Few 1/1 artist don the simplistic style and I love it. A single Dot on the canvas can tell more of a story than a massive portrait. So I will go out and seek various NFT artist who love the way the EtherLogs are, and see about raffling their work to holders of EtherLogs. More info on this at a later date.

Who is Gatsu? An artist who has been making art for quite some time now. I make digital art, music, and do a bit of code as well. As EtherLogs grow, so do I. I have always been very fond of simple art, I never liked too much. I have a simple lifestyle, simple mindset, and I am teaching my son the ways I have learned. A minimalist by heart and soul.

Until Next Time.

You can find EtherLogs in secondary market on platforms like Opensea. This project was a free mint with 500 NFTs in supply that sold out in less than 30 seconds. 5% Royalties.
